"My infant was asked to follow the routine of 3 years old children: to remove the morning nap to have a variable by 1 or 1 and a half hours lunch time and to stay quietly in the crib for 3 hours in the afternoon I was also asked not to bring my child when there were organized activities for the other children in the park The payments are requested in cash with no receipt No food was provided for infants The temperature in the room during the cold winter days stayed 17C or 62 F and below There was no paved walkway to the entrance door and during the winter there was always ice accumulated and during the spring time there was mud There was no designated area where an infant could play safely The only free space of 1sq m, when it was not used for reading stories, was the main passage from the play area of the boys to the rest of the room The children were crossing the street in the middle of the road There were no infant appropriate activities There was no potty training Closes at 4 30 PM"
