"Most awful experience of my life. NO ONE SHOULD EVER RENT THERE. It is cock roach infested. I feel so bad for their employee Fabio, who rents the appartments. He is a super nice guy, very friendly but very cheap bosses. the building is deteriorating. And, hello.... It's FULL of cock roaches. Once I pulled out the fridge and I saw dozens and dozens. You can't have anyone over because they might see a cock roach crawling on your walls or find one in your toilet when they open the lid. Ewwww. I had to throw out everything I had when I lived ther in order not to contaminate my mom's house when I had to move back home. DISGUSTING. The city should shut them dow. Oh yeah.... BROWN WATER from taps. Very dirty! "

"I fully agree with the comment from 2007!
4 years later the building is still infested with Cockroaches!!! Its just disgusting, you can't miss them if you enter the building from the Maisonneuve side next to entrance for the Depaneur in the building.... on the floor, on the walls, crawling all over the place. The building will send an exterminator to your appartment for free if you complain but it doesnt solve the Big problem...which is the whole building is infested and not just a few appartments. The exterminator told me his company has advised the building owners to treat the whole building since going to a few appartments wont solve the problem.... but they refuse since they're too cheap to cough up the money to treat the whole building! "
