"Laurent Benhaim is a very expensive notary. Too expensive for he service he gives you. Be careful , his advice is not genuine and is geared towards his own best interest. He acts beyond his professional requirements to make more money. Never consider properties suggested by this fool, he makes you think he has great "insider" deals but he is a fraud and a liar! Watch out!,"
