 Overview The two districts of Côte-des-Neiges and Notre-Dame-de-Grâce make up the combined Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce suburban borough, located to the north and west of Mount Royal. Prior to the 2002 municipal mergers, the borough was part of the City of Montreal. With an area of around 20 kilometres square and a population of just over 163,000, the CDN-NDG borough is Montreal's most populous borough.
