"So far, NOT so good. In the past two days we have experienced the first major winter storm of 2012 season in the Montreal area (Ile-Perrot). At least 15cm of snow fell on Thursday, January 12th and another 10-15cm on Friday the 13th. I arrived home on Thursday at 10:00PM after a 14 hour shift at work to find that Syljack had not cleared our driveway once. That's right... they had not come to remove the snow from our driveway once. The snow pile from the city plow at the end of our driveway was about 2 feet high and the 15cm of snow that fell was still on the driveway, untouched. Today, Friday, January 13th, another 10-15cm of snow fell. It is currently 11:07PM and Syljack has not come to remove snow from our driveway at all again today. Terrible service. Do NOT use Syljack!"
