"Liked this doctor a lot. Very friendly, patient and talkative. Really likes to explain and convey to the pet owner what he thinks the problem is. Doesn't just do his work and move on to the next case."

"Michel performed an operation on my dog and here is what went wrong: cone was wrong kind, that allowed the dog to slip out of it; instructions for the after care missed vital information like sunlight avoidance; no pain management prescribed; after 3 followups the dog is still in pain and the doctor is avoiding eye contact - not a good sign. I had to go to another clinic to have another operation done to fix the damage and have a real doctor (who actually knows what he's doing) to give my dog much needed care.
Bottom line: this doctor doesn't care about the result; he doesn't tell you what needs to be done; does not follow up. Highly not recommended! "
