New Rent-Hike Guidelines In Effect
The Régie du logement has lowered the amount of monthly rent increases allowed for renovations. For the first time in nearly thirty years, this amount has dipped below $3 per $1,000 of work done, to $2.42 per $1,000.

"Great building! I lived here for over 3 years. Maintenance service is excellent! Great location! Swimming pools, convenience store, new gym. In the heart of downtown, without the noise, on the street or from the neighbors! A little pricy, but that is to be expected from downtown living..."

"I find that this building is well located, but for it's construction and size of apartments, it is truly over priced. You can live a few blocks from there in a much more stylish home, and a greater price. These apartments are comparted into tiny little squares, not sound proof, and basically the equivalent of a dorm room. Not worth it!"

"I love living in this building. Before that I had a bad experience at 2055 St-Mathieu. I was terrified of living in a dirty place. this building is pricy but it is very safe and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Anythign that is not right, they will come replace or fix it right away. I highly recommend. I never want to move out. "
