"I visited this kennel and was put off by the owner. She kept saying how good it smelled there and it actually stank. The reception is pretty but the rest of the building looks like it's falling apart."

"Helpful in the extreme. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of pet care and transportation. Clean and efficient. Staff friendly and caring. Accommodation spacious and well-organized. What's not to like? Recommended."

"this place is awful, the owner is crazy and lied about how much she cares about the dogs. my dog came back didn't bark for 3 weeks, didn't eat and had no reaction to anything for 3 weeks. we were very worried, when we called her to ask she made us feel like we were crazy. ALso I met an ex-employee and told me that the animals are in danger in this place and rarely go out. the employees and not well treated and customer are not shown everything. I think this place is the worst i have ever seen and you should simply should not go there!!!!! "

"The pet relocation services are awesome! The Manoir has been very helpful in all aspects of moving my dogs to Australia. Without them I would have found the whole thing too daunting. I have visited the kennel and experienced none of the negative comments mentioned. They were helpful in the extreme. "

"I used the services of Manoir Kanisha to relocate my dog internationally. They were rude, made me do most of the work to obtain necessary documents. I paid an extremely high price for this extremely unprofessional service. I have since spoken with other ex-pats who have relocated pets and their experiences with other organizations are incredibly different to the one I experienced with Manoir Kanisha. Unless you have plenty of time on your hands and are willing to accept rude emails, I would suggest you use the services of another company - or better still - save some money and do it yourself."
