"Marie is the epitome of the shark agent who is only looking out for her own pocket. She represented us in selling our duplex in the west end and we hardly had any visits by other agents buyers. My husband was told by another agent that she tried to show it, but Marie never could get her in and then it was sold by Marie. We think we could have sold it for much more money. Be careful of her!"

"Ms. Sicotte appears to be interested only in her her own agenda and not her clients needs. We stopped working with her and found the home we wanted - not the homes she was pushing on us. My husband and I are glad we stopped working with her."

"If what you are looking for in your next realtor is a mouthy, 'know-it-all' type, then Marie is truly your 'perfect fit'. Of course, if you (like my wife & I) would prefer a professional who is honest and willing to provide straight-forward advice, who commands the respect of both her clients and peers, well... I suggest you keep looking. Just ask around."

"Honestly, if you want a professional real estate agent in Westmount, don't go near this one. My husband and I had a terrible experience with her. Marie only cares about Marie and her bank account. At first she's your new best friend. Then she changes into Ms. Officious and you don't matter to her."
