"I find most of the people at this store don't know what the hell they are talking about. Also, anybody I have ever known who works at MicroBytes is a total loser. So, I guess I'm a little biased, but it's pretty bad."

"Bought a few computers here for myself and my friends. I don't know about the rest of the other Microbytes locations but downtown i always find the staff to know what they are talking about. They are very helpful and not at all pushey like many other places. Prices are alwasy good and better yet they have stock on most popular parts. The last computer i bought there was custon assembled for me the next day! No extra fees!"

"I took in my malfunctioning laptop last week. They fixed it all right, but I find they overcharged a bit for the nature of the problem. Plus, they tend to add a lot of surcharges for every little step. $35 for the diagnostic, $40 for a backup, $25 or so for a hard-drive installation ... adds up!"

"Would recommend MicroBytes to anyone looking for great customer service and price. Benjamin at the downtown location (625 Rene Levesque) was more than helpful and the type of tech support you hope to reach when u need it most. My girlfriend's Dad was an IBM Programmer for 30 years and always dealt with MicroBytes since it opened. Not everyone in the world is as cool or kind as Benjamin so if you can't reach him personally, hope you find someone like him. Thanks again MicroBytes! "

"company is fraud complete unnecessary charges over 100$ to tell me need replace half the parts and if will not pay would keep the computer. Disgusted! "

"brought my pc in for repair. It had tons of viruses. They removed everything for about 50 bucks and had it back to me within 24 hours. Way cheaper and faster than most other places i was very impressed. also very proffesional service."
