"Pankaj is an exceptional accountant. he is very skilled in anything that has to do with filing your income tax return, whether you are self-employed, have your own business (small or medium), personal tax return and whether you live in the States or Canada he can do it all. Always available Monday to Sunday! his timing is very flexible, can meet up with you at anytime at your convenience (excellent for those with a fixed 9 to 5 schedule). His rates are very reasonable as well. Strongly recommend him."

"He's got my taxes done three times, on time, and with great results. For 40-60$ it's really good. If you aren't meeting him in person it's probably because he meets on appointment-basis. Friendly, one-on-one atmosphere. Small office but you're not paying him for a playboy lounge suite, you're paying him for income tax services, and in three years he's done a great job for me."

"Hello dear,
I give my opinion according to what happend with me during process my tax, I until now didn't get my money back because i get a message inform that i didn't give complete information about myself,but when i went to the tax office they told me that every thing is OK and i will get my money in my account but actually i get a message from the covemnt inform that i get 0.00$ !!!!
I really don't know what should i do and to who should i talk because i am new studen and this is the first time i do such a procedure.

"One of my friend paid 40$ at your office, I paid 50$... Same situation with our visa, 1st time for our taxes, both of us... With an extra 20$ a professionnal can do my papers in a day...
Once I gave my papers: no follow up. I was supposed to received an email to confirmed they had my file, I never had any confirmation... I had to wait more than 3 weeks...
Nobody called me to tell me when my paper were ready: I had to called... Even if I called before to know when my papers will be ready...
When I came to the office, somebody I never meet gave me my papers. I asked some questions to understand... The answers were pretty bad: people working in account are supposed to be able to explain how it works in an easy way to people like me who dont know anything...
Not happy with the service. I suppose I wasn't lucky, my friend (who paid 40$) was really happy. No I would never recommend your services, I was disappoint."

"It was my first taxes in Canada as I came in Jan 2010. I was satisfied as I know it is complicated to know all the rules to do taxes especially when you are new and I think I got back a satisfying amount according to my situations. I just would like to get more information which are useful for next year taxes, like to know which items I should keep and are useful to do my taxes better in future. i.e Opus charge receipts,.... It is good if you could give me a list of them when you give me back my documents. Thanks a lot."

"Very knowledgeable. I could ask any question which is answered promptly and professionally. In addition, Pankaj remembers every detail about what he did and why he did it. As I wasn't happy with my previous accountant, a couple of years ago I refiled my taxes for three years with Pankaj with great results. Highly recommended!"

"The problem is that you do not check the emails once filing is done. I sent out questions as the Revenue Canada asked for more tax on one occasion and I had to sort out the thing myself as you never responded to the emails.
Otherwise, your service is pretty good with tax filing- I did 4 times with you I guess. Best wishes"

"I am dealing with Mr. Pankaj Rakhija since past six years so far never had any issues always he is being helpful.
His fees is very reasonable for all these years.He gave me very good advice about my tuition Credit and got me maximum from my tuition fees paid.
I have also sent few friends over to him and they are very happy as well."
