"Parle seulement anglais.. En plus de m'avoir couté 650$ pour 2 heures de service (seulement changer le mât sur le toit). Hydro-Québec voulait faire une inspection après son travail et, même si je l'ai appelé a maintes reprises, il n'a jamais voulu donner son numero de maître electricien pour que les techniciens d'Hydro-Québec viennent verifier son travail... "
