"Alexis Nihon is a really convenient building to live in. The fact that every single type of store you can think of is right underneath is a blessing during the long Montreal winter. Not to mention the fact that you can hop in the metro without having to outdoors. A few things leave room to be desired given the above average rent but overall you pretty much get what you pay for."

"I love this building! It is classy, amazingly well situated, above mall & metro Atwater, clinics, grocery stores, restaurants, cinema. Great place to live in if you're new in town! The building is great, service great, friendly service, and cool neighbors from all over. Definitely worth living in!"

"it's a very nice location, everything is there, stores, groceries, cinema, restaurants, metro etc...
i love this place but unfortunately it's quite expensive to live there, not in my budget right now...."
