"Would never recommend this company to anyone. We ordered what was suppose to be their top quality product but received something completely different from what was on our contract. We are still dealing with this and its been 8 months. To top it all off the we are ignored by the owner who simply says " we have a contract " and refuses to do anything. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!"

"I have dealt with this company on numerous occasions. The Owner is real door and window expert, he cares about his business and more importantly, his customers. I have sent many friends to buy there and they all had very good to great experiences. When i read these comments, unless they are signed by anyone other than anonymous, i DO NOT believe any of them, it could be a competitor writing this ( And I have a good feeling IT IS ). Go meet the owner and talk to him FOR YOURSELF and tell me he if he is the type to say " we have a contract" that's bull. He is a real Gentleman. BUY THERE and you'll see for yourself. Their whole staff is GREAT."

"Dealt with them for the second time, last year we did the back of the house and this year we did the front and sides. Our products, the installation and their customer service are exceptional. They were one week late ( this year, not last year) but the quality was unbelievable. TRUELY worth the week delay. They are unbelievable, from the great sales staff to their installers. I would never buy anywhere else."

"I ordered an expensive exterior wood sliding door, and gave them a three month lead time as I was doing a full renovation, and was not in need of the door right away.
After repeated calls and getting the run around they installed it five months after the order date. They had also forgotten to install the screen at the factory and it's been an additional month and a half and still no screen!"

"Bought a wood sliding patio door and 2 windows. I got them in seven weeks(the time i was promised) and i can only say it went very well. The sales person was competent, as was the installer. I would recommend them. No negative issues for me. Good team"

"Just had my windows and front door replaced, the door was a complete duplicate, except that this new one was in mahogany. It is absolutely stunning. The detail of the mouldings and trim were perfectly done.The guys there, both at the office and on the site were great. My Westmount home is completely refreshed and brand new. Thanks a million guys"

"I bought a front door in mahogany and 4 front windows, they were almost reproductions and they turned out great. From the salesman, i got to meet the owner and he was great as well. i would definetly recommend them. If there is one point where they could improve, it would be their delay ( I did have to wait 8 weeks instead of 6). Their quality and finishing is truely unbelievable. "
