Great price for an excellent speedy service. If you live in downtown Montreal, you cannot find a better place to have your documents translated.

I am dealing with Mr. Pankaj Rakhija since past six years so far never had any issues always he is being helpful.
His fees is very reasonable for all these years.He gave me very good advice about my tuition Credit and got me maximum from my tuition fees paid.
I have also sent few friends over to him and they are very happy as well.

I paid for a full lazer treatment and now i can not reach them, It seems like they just disappeared...:(

Laurent Benhaim is a very expensive notary. Too expensive for he service he gives you. Be careful , his advice is not genuine and is geared towards his own best interest. He acts beyond his professional requirements to make more money. Never consider properties suggested by this fool, he makes you think he has great "insider" deals but he is a fraud and a liar! Watch out!,

i did go there yesterday with a 3 weeks old puppy with an emergency, the puppy was convulsing from everywere and was screaming like hell was a life death situation!! and they didnt want to revceive me!!! they told me that they didnt had place for me!!
iff my puppy was not in a critical situation, i would understand...but it was a BIG emergency!!!
iff my puppy was an human...i would have had been able to sue them!!! even the other vet told me that it was wrong nd unethically from them not to accept me!!!
so please NEVER GO THERE!!!

So far, NOT so good. In the past two days we have experienced the first major winter storm of 2012 season in the Montreal area (Ile-Perrot). At least 15cm of snow fell on Thursday, January 12th and another 10-15cm on Friday the 13th. I arrived home on Thursday at 10:00PM after a 14 hour shift at work to find that Syljack had not cleared our driveway once. That's right... they had not come to remove the snow from our driveway once. The snow pile from the city plow at the end of our driveway was about 2 feet high and the 15cm of snow that fell was still on the driveway, untouched. Today, Friday, January 13th, another 10-15cm of snow fell. It is currently 11:07PM and Syljack has not come to remove snow from our driveway at all again today. Terrible service. Do NOT use Syljack!

Nathalie is hard working and persistent, I came out with more money than I expected thanks her great negotiation skills. I have nothing but the highest praises for her, she got me the best possible results out of some very difficult challenges.Thanks to her trustworthy connections she set me up with, the whole transaction of selling and buying property was made as easy and comfortable as I could of ever imagined ! A plus all around!

Shelf design was okay, although it did not take the size of clothes fully into account. The closet doors were a disaster. None of them worked, and so we had to go with sliding doors, which did not work well with the shelving design, since access to the centre of the closet was now limited.
Professionalism was lacking here. Some of the employees complained constantly about their boss, and their work was replaced by the boss who showed up afterwards to complain about the employees (in front of us). Follow-up visits to fix things were arranged for a certain time, and the boss came late because he was visiting friends while we sat waiting (and he had no problem telling us this, because he simply did not care that he was wasting our time).
Overall, not worth the price or frustration. Better to find some real professionals.

It's simply crooks running this building, they steal everything they can using whatever they can. I totally don't recommend it to my worst enemy! the lady there is a nut case and so greedy Unbelievable ! she is naturally an opportunist !

I lived in this building for six months and am so glad to be out! I'm fairly new to Montreal and was not aware of the law of automatic renewals. The renewal was due on a Friday, and I replied on Sunday stating I was moving out of the province and would not be renewing my lease. They would not accept even though was 2 days after, and the renewal was due on Friday. After many conversations I was able to leave with a $2000 penalty. I ensured that we had a contract written stating this was the penalty and was provided with a copy. After paying the penalty I was contacted with a demand for another $200 for parking- which was not part of the agreement. My boyfriend and I went to them to discuss and ask for a copy of this 'parking' agreement and she supplied it- they actually went to the trouble of plagerizing my signature for the additional monies. I highly recommend to stay far away from this building- they are not ethical people.
