"We hired Simon Bensoussan from InspecAir, building inspection services for the second time. He happens to be our inspector when we purchase our first house, five year ago. As predicted, he thoroughly explored every area of our future house (visually and with the help of instruments). Once his report completed, he came over to my house, and explained his finding to us in a laymen language, including the necessary maintenances that the property requires. He discovered several problematic areas, which were not disclosed by the owner, in the seller declaration form, such as: Water related infiltration from the roof and in the basement, several electrical violations, and some structural related problems. He referred us to consult a structural engineer for a second review. With his report we avoided several nasty surprises and were able to renegotiate our offer price. We did obtain a price reduction of $17,000.00 dollars. We strongly recommend hiring InspecAir without reserves!!!"

J'ai été très déçus de la façon qu'il a travaillé et le manque total de professionnalisme que j'ai été témoin. Je ne pourrais jamais suggérer cet inspecteur a qui que se soi."

"Je crouais faire affaire avec un professionnel.... arrive avec un sac de plastique Wal-mart dans le sac un tournevis et une lampe de poche et qui ne connais pas les systeme de chauffage electrique pour un maison residentiel conventionnelle, Serieusement moi je ne le recommande PAS du tout."

I'm happy to have listened to my father who refered you to us, instead of the real estate agent who wanted us to use one of her inspectors.
