"I listed my million dollar property with Tatiana and she sold it in 10 days. It had been on the market for over a year with two other hot shot realtors who tried but could not do the job. Tatiana was fun, assertive and a master negotiator. My husband and I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

"This woman has the arrogance to think she is somehow intelligent. Moreover, she has no manners what so ever, we heard of several stories that really makes you wonder how on earth she got to have a job that deals with the public. There are several people in this building who bought a property from her and most of us agree how unprofessional she is. We are very happy to live here, but this woman is really something else. We are quite annoyed that she had to touch some of our money for selling this unit. "

"We have had dealings with Tatiana and her crew that have left nothing but a bad taste. She will be your best friend during the sale but let me tell you buyer beware. The after sale service issues have been disasterous and when we list this property again she will definitely not get my business. What they don't tell you is that they are all in bed together and don't care about the clients. Her husband is the manager of the office who is unreachable and they put their secretary on the phone who will almost never be able to do anything. They don't return messages and BS you about everything."
